Director of Marketing, Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Operations Leader, and Business

His experience spans small to large organizations within industries such as building materials, janitorial
supplies, manufacturing, and solar energy. Sean's strategic vision and multifaceted expertise empower

Cameron Tilkins is a passionate leader in the solar energy industry, bringing over five years of experience
to his role as VP of Operations at Real Solar. With a strong foundation in Finance, Supply Chain
Management, Procurement, and Contracting, Cameron excels in the design, implementation, and
optimization of solar facilities.
